Compliance status
We will publish our compliance status against WCAG 2.2 level AA once testing has been completed and checked. Until then, this page describes what we are aiming for rather than a level of compliance we have confirmed.
Testing should include automated checks, keyboard navigation, screen-reader use, zoom and reflow, colour contrast, form errors, mobile layouts, documents, media and user testing involving disabled people where practical.
Known accessibility issues
Once testing has been completed, this section will list each verified issue, the WCAG success criterion it relates to, any workaround and the planned fix. We would rather publish verified findings than claim that every part of the website is fully accessible.
The areas we are reviewing are forms, navigation and focus, images, colour contrast, video and audio, PDFs and documents, and third-party content. If a document creates a barrier for you, you can ask us for the information in another format while we work on a fix.
Documents and third-party content
Important service information should be available as accessible HTML wherever practical, not only as a PDF. If an essential document is inaccessible, contact us for another format.
Some maps, videos, forms or other embedded tools may be supplied by third parties. We will consider a reasonable alternative where an external tool creates a barrier.
Visiting or contacting our office
Tell us about an adjustment you need for a call, a meeting or a visit to our office, and we will discuss with you beforehand what we can arrange.
