4. Cookies used on this website
This website uses strictly necessary cookies, for example to keep the site secure, to let enquiry forms work and to remember your cookie choices. Cookies in the other categories described in section 3, meaning preference, analytics, advertising and embedded-content cookies, are only used if you consent to them.
A complete list of the individual cookies and similar technologies in use is not published on this page yet. It is published here once the cookie scan of the live website has been completed, and it will name each item together with its provider, purpose, category, how long it lasts, whether it is set by us or by a third party, and whether your consent is needed before it is used. It will cover local storage and pixels as well as conventional cookies where those are used.
This policy is shown as under review at the top of the page while that scan is completed. The date it was last reviewed will be shown there in place of that status once the list is published.
Whether or not the list is published yet, non-essential cookies remain off unless you consent to them, and you can review or change your choices at any time using the cookie settings link in the website footer. If you want to ask which cookies are in use, you can contact us using the details in section 10.
5. Your choices
When you first visit, you should be able to:
- accept all optional cookies;
- reject all optional cookies with equal ease;
- choose categories separately;
- continue using essential website functions after rejecting optional cookies.
Withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it. The cookie settings link is kept in the website footer so you can change your choices at any time.
6. Browser controls
Most browsers also allow you to delete or block cookies. Blocking every cookie may affect necessary website functions. Browser controls do not replace the site's consent tool for non-essential technologies.
7. Third parties and international transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Our Privacy Notice sets out the relevant recipients, transfer safeguards and retention information. Organic Fostering does not control cookies set directly by a third-party website after you leave our domain.
8. How long cookies remain
Some cookies last only for the browsing session; others remain for a defined period. The list described in section 4 will state how long each cookie or similar technology lasts. Consent choices are renewed at an appropriate interval and whenever the purposes or providers materially change.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when website technology or legal requirements change.
10. Contact
