If you want to make a formal complaint
A concern that needs investigation may be better handled through the formal complaints procedure. You will not be treated unfairly for raising a genuine concern.
Your voice
If you are a child or young person
You have the right to be listened to. You can speak to your foster carer, social worker, reviewing officer, advocate or another adult you trust. You can also ask for help to make a complaint or to receive information in a way that works for you.
Urgent help
Safeguarding and emergencies
Do not use this form for an emergency. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. If you are worried that a child may be at risk of harm, contact the relevant local authority children's social care service or the police. Approved carers should also follow Organic Fostering's safeguarding and out-of-hours procedures.
